- Slept all day – oh the joys of bipolar. Just managed to get out tonight and set up a meeting re writing a musical, so pleased I made it. #
- Still down but at least I’m awake today and managed to go food shopping. Bought some effervescent vitamin C to blast the phlegm. #
- Writing one of those ’25 facts about you’ things for facebook. Stuck on 24. #
- Just watched the horizon dreams thing on iPlayer. Facinating. I have always known I go straight to REM sleep; now I know why: Depression. #
- Yay! Apple have sorted a security issue meaning I can finally get back to doing my banking online with FirstDirect. Only taken two months! #
- Someone said a bay leaf in a cup of boiling water was excellent for getting a good night’s sleep. Giving it a go – smells lovely. #
- Bay leaf appears to have done the trick. #
- Off to yet another completely different library to do some more writing. #
- Drama festival production meeting tonight – which means sitting around for two hours waiting for them to get to us. #
- Production meeting over much quicker than expected, which is great cause I need to get my Nuffield homework done and print my radio play. #
- Writing in a pub in Southampton. Fish and Chips very good, trying to avoid dropping my phone in my tea. Heard it’s not such a good idea. #
- Great day. Psychologist happy, and even managed to write a ten minute play in the pub. #
- Just off to teach more playwrighting at the American International School in Cobham, then the afternoon off for a some quality Nephew time. #
- Saw Push with my Nephew. Waste of £15. The new Star Trek looks good and the new Disney one too. Mind you, Push looked good in the trailer! #
- Loving my newly purchased first Moleskine. #
- Ummm, there’s a new ScrewFix just opened in Guildford (yawn) and you know who wants to visit – I guess I’ll just sit in the car and read! #
- Phew! Screwfix, B&Q and Homebase (x2!) all done for another month or two (or until there’s yet another Homebase 10% off day!) #
